We are announcing a $20 million strategic round, bringing total funding to $30 million. Investors include HashKey Capital, Pantera Capital, Primitive Ventures, IMC Trading, GEM, Gate Labs, Ambush Capital, Big Brain Collective, and other strategic partners.
What we are building. aPriori is the intelligent order flow coordination layer for high-performance blockchains. Our team includes former Jump Trading, Coinbase, and Citadel Securities quants and engineers. Our goal is institutional-grade execution on-chain.

Why on-chain markets need coordination, not just access
On-chain markets have real strengths. They also face three persistent problems:
Wide spreads and inconsistent fills
MEV leakage that erodes returns
No reliable way to distinguish toxic from high-quality order flow
Traditional markets separate and price flow quality. In the U.S., brokers often sell retail flow to wholesalers under payment-for-order-flow agreements, a practice with mixed impact on retail investors. The useful lesson is simpler: when markets separate flow by quality, liquidity providers can quote tighter markets. aPriori applies this idea on-chain in a transparent, incentive-aligned way.
Intelligence at the core
Our system uses AI to classify order flow in real time, forecast adverse selection, and route trades accordingly. The objective is straightforward: better execution for traders, healthier markets for LPs, and yields that are earned rather than extracted. Intelligence is not a marginal feature. It is the coordination logic of the system.
Why Monad
Monad is our home field. High-performance EVM environments remove the throughput and latency constraints that have limited on-chain execution. Monad’s design lets trading infrastructure like ours operate the way it should. We have built one of the largest community footprints on Monad and we are scaling our products there first. As Monad matures, we intend to set the reference for how intelligent coordination can raise execution quality across the network.
Enabling prop AMMs. On Solana, proprietary AMMs run by trading firms have rapidly gained share. We expect that model to become standard on high-performance EVM networks as well. Our coordination layer is built to support trading firm-operated AMMs on Monad by providing flow segmentation, intelligent routing, and the alignment needed for resilient liquidity.

Swapr, our AI-driven DEX aggregator. Segments order flow in real time and routes trades to reduce adverse selection and support tighter spreads.
MEV-powered liquid staking. Redistributes MEV to stakers and improves validator alignment, which betters execution quality and generates more durable yields.
Engineered for high-performance EVM. Built to run where low latency and high throughput are the norm, so execution quality scales with the network.
Together these components coordinate how flow is classified, routed, and cleared. The result is a market structure that works better for traders, LPs, stakers, and validators.
The road ahead
Our aim is to become the reference execution layer for high-performance DeFi, starting on Monad. We will keep tightening spreads, rewarding quality participants, and lifting the baseline for on-chain market performance through order flow segmentation, intelligent routing, and MEV alignment.
